Speedy Dispatch For DIY Installations

All our Windows and Doors are made to measure using Leading Profiles such as REHAU - Tritec, REHAU - 706 (70mm), Duraflex and LEGEND . Delivery is normally within 10 - 14 days from receipt of order and you will receive the following confirmations by Email:

Confirmation 1 - An estimated delivery date based on the date of your order.
Confirmation 2 - Confirmation that your goods have been manufactured and are ready for dispatch / collection.
Confirmation 3 - Confirmation of the date your goods will be leaving our depot, and the date they will be delivered to your door.

At all times you are free to contact our Customer Services department to check on the progress of your order. Remember to have your unique Customer ID to hand.

0 - 20 Miles Radius	£15.00 excl. vat
21 - 30 Miles Radius	£30.00 excl. vat
31 - 40 Miles Radius	£40.00 excl. vat
41 - 50 Miles Radius	£50.00 excl. vat
51 - 99 Miles Radius	£60.00 excl. vat
100 - 150 Miles Radius	£100.00 excl. vat
150 - 200 Miles Radius	£125.00 excl. vat

Installation By Our Professionally Trained Fitters

Fully trained skilled installers can fit your Windows and Doors. If you have chosen to have your goods professionally installed, the third Confirmation Email you receive will confirm the installation date. Our fitting prices are based on the following scale but are always subject to survey:

Window Fitting Fee	£110.00 excl. vat
Door Fitting Fee	£130.00 excl. vat
French or Patio Door Fitting Fee	£160.00 excl. vat

Guarantee - DIY Installation

All Window and Doorframes supplied by DWC Home Improvements Ltd carry a 5-year manufacturers warranty against manufacturing defects. All associated furniture (handles, locks and hinges) carries a 1-year manufacturers warranty against manufacturing defects. Our detailed guarantee and warranty policy can be requested from our Customer Services team.

Guarantee – Our Professional Installation

All installations carried out by DWC Home Improvements Ltd's professional fitting team are covered under Building Regs.
